CHEC is the major international operating division of CCCC group which was ranked the 14th on 225 Top International Contractors on ENR – Engineering News Recording (USA)， equivalent first among all Chinese international contractors with a total asset of 110 billion RMB and 42 full capital or share holdings branch companies, 17 participating stock companies and was listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Exchange and Clearing Limited. Meantime it is one of the largest Chinese state-owned enterprises engaged in foreign trade as well. In 2007, the total value of international contracts won by CHEC is over two billion USD.

A.R. Namlah Heirs Contracting Co. Ltd. was established in 1375H (1955G) having grown and expanded over the last years. The head office is located in Jeddah, K.S.A. and its well established branch offices are situated in Yanbu, Madinah and Hail.
When the company was established, the development in the Kingdom was still in its infancy and only a few entrepreneurs were willing to take the risk, or had the ability to form a construction company. However, A.R. Namlah Heirs Contracting Co. Ltd. Succeeded in creating a Saudi Arabian owned firm capable of performing many diverse projects.
Although the company activities in those early years were concentrated on projects related to earthmoving and road works only, the VISION of the founder did not end there; instead it expanded and was able to establish branches all over the Kingdom. A.R. Namlah Heirs Contracting Co.’s MISSION is to participate and contribute its expertise in the growing development of the Kingdom. Thus for its 47 years of existence, A.R. Namlah Heirs Contracting Co. Since electro-mechanical was part of many completed projects as well as telecommunication; both of them include cable trenching, conduit and manhole installations, cable laying, cable pulling, both types copper (secondary and primary) and fiber optic cables, jointing and splicing, testing, etc., A.R. Namlah Heirs Contracting Co. Ltd. has realized the expansion of the telecommunications fields in the world, mainly in Saudi Arabia, so it was decided to establish telecommunication department to run the telecommunication business independently having its own management and technical staff.
